Curacao is an island in the Caribbean just 38 miles off the coast of Venezuela and is the largest of the Netherlands Antilles islands. The Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge is the world's largest floating pedestrian bridge. The bridge swings open up to 30 times a day to receive ships into St. Anna Bay so locals refer to the 700 ft. long bridge simply as "the Swinging Lady".
